Cancellation Policy

Regarding cancellations before shipping

  • As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellation applications due to customer convenience after placing an order.
    In addition, cancellations are generally not possible in the following cases.
    1) If you order the wrong quantity
    ②If you forget to enter the coupon code
    *We will only cancel your order if we contact you and confirm that you have already entered the re-purchase on the website.
    *We cannot accept this if you cannot confirm your purchase again.
    *Please note that we cannot accept cancellation notices if more than three days have passed since the date of your order.
    *If we are unable to contact you by email, this item will be invalid and cancellations will not be possible.
    ③ Bank transfer and convenience store payment
    If payment is not accepted within 3 days of your order, we will automatically cancel your order.
    However, please note that you may not be able to use the online site in the future.
  • If the item is out of stock at our company and we confirm with the manufacturer and we respond with a "discontinued item", we will cancel your order regardless of the above item. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Regarding cancellations during shipping
    We do not accept cancellations during shipping arrangements, just before or during shipping.

  • Regarding cancellations after shipment

Regarding returns and exchanges (return policy)

    • We do not accept returns due to customer convenience. Otherwise, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products except for initial defects. Furthermore, even if our store is negligent, we may not be able to accept returns if the product is opened or used.
      *Before placing your order, be sure to check whether the product you are planning to purchase is the product you are looking for.
      *If you check the product within one week of receipt and find a problem with the initial operation when it is unused, we will only handle the service if it is not used.
      *We cannot accept returns or exchanges after one week of unused use.
    • In the case of defective products, manufacturer-recalled products, or incorrect delivery, we will provide separate replacements or refunds (if exchanges are not possible, such as sales discontinued).
    • 1 year manufacturer warranty
      If there is a problem within the warranty period, we will replace it.
    • We do not accept returns or refunds due to customer reasons after shipment. 
  • About refunds
  • After receiving the item returned from the customer, we will begin the refund process. The availability of refunds and refund methods vary depending on the condition of the product, the period until return or exchange, and the method of purchase. 

Refusal to receive, long-term absence, and inadequate address

  • We will include the address listed on the order as is, so please be sure to check the delivery address when placing your order.
  • If we are unable to receive the item due to customer reasons, such as refusing to accept the item, long-term absence, or inadequate address, a cancellation fee will be charged.
  • The following cases will not be eligible for refunds: 
    • Return of product if we do not contact you within 3 days of receiving the product, and if you refuse to receive it,
    • Items that have been opened with the outer box (cardboard) of the product, even if they are unused.
  • Amounts incurred when refusing to receive
  • Administrative fee: 3,000 yen (excluding tax)
  • Cancellation fee: 20% of purchase price
  • Round-trip shipping fee: by region

*Notes regarding customers who place orders via bank transfer

・Please transfer the deposit within one week of your order date at a designated financial institution.
(If a transfer fee is incurred, the customer will be responsible for the payment.)

・If you do not receive a transfer for more than a week or if you do not contact us about the reason for the delay, we will refuse all purchases from our online store in the future.


About the cooling off system

  • Products purchased through mail order are subject to cooling-off (unconditional cancellation) as stipulated in the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.It is not applicable.
  • Mail orders do not cover products with a return policy listed, without regulations regarding cooling or off.

    • For a certain period of time after applying for a cooling-off application or contract, consumers can calmly reconsider and cancel without any conditions.

About resale

  • Our company will be the Japan's general agent for yoniCARE.
    If we are able to confirm that the sale is made by someone other than our company or our sales agent partner, we may take legal action.
  • The purchaser will only proceed with the purchase procedure and purchase this product if he or she is guaranteed that he or she will not attempt to purchase or resell for resale purposes or after purchase.
  • Please note that if we confirm that this product is being resold, we may ask for damages or consider criminal charges for the act depending on the circumstances.

Replacement support

For products that are under the warranty period of yoniCARE (1 year), we offer replacement support for a fee.
Our products are precision equipment using special LEDs and cannot be repaired, including replacing parts such as batteries, so you can purchase the same model at half the manufacturer's suggested price.
In exchange for the product you have, a coupon code will be issued, so please purchase from the site.
First, please contact us with your customer information via inquiry.
Once you have checked your purchase history, we will reply to you via email with details.

Notes on replacement support
