Cancellation before shipment
- You may cancel your order only if you reply to the "Order Confirmation (Auto-delivery Email)" sent by us after you have placed your order and before the "Order Confirmation (Auto-delivery Email)" is sent by us to notify you that we have started processing your order.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellation requests made more than 3 days after the date of your order.
If we are unable to contact you by email, this item will be invalid and cannot be cancelled.
- If the item is out of stock and the manufacturer replies that it is a "discontinued item", we will cancel the order regardless of the above items.Please understand this in advance.
Cancellation during shipment
We do not accept cancellations during shipping arrangements, immediately before shipping, or during shipping.
- As the limited quantity has been reached, customers who ordered in August will receive the new model.
Cancellation (release) after the delivery date
If the product cannot be delivered to the customer two months after the order is placed due to our responsibility, the order can be cancelled by contacting us by e-mail in advance before the product is delivered.
This product is made to order. This product is made to order and the estimated delivery date is only an estimate and is not a guarantee of delivery on the scheduled date. Even if the product is not delivered on the scheduled date, it will be delivered within "about one to two months*, depending on the delivery date.
Cancellation after shipment
- Cancellation after shipment is not accepted under any circumstances.
However, if the delivery date has passed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make a decision after receiving notification from the customer, and if applicable, the cancellation may be applied.
About returns and exchanges (special return policy)
We do not accept returns for the convenience of the customer. Otherwise, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products, except for initial defects. In addition, we may not be able to accept returns if the package has been opened or used, even if there is an error on our part. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
If the product is found to be defective in its initial operation when it is unused within one week of delivery, we will respond only to customers who contact us.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of unused products after one week.
- If the product is defective, recalled by the manufacturer, or shipped in error, it will be replaced or refunded separately (in cases where replacement is not possible, such as when the product is discontinued).

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will replace it.

- About refunds
- We will begin processing refunds after we receive the returned product from the customer. Whether or not a refund will be granted and the method of refund will depend on the condition of the product, the length of time it takes to return or exchange the product, and the method of purchase.
Refusal to Receive, Long Absence, and Incomplete Address
- Please make sure to confirm your delivery address when you place your order, as we will use the address you provide on your order.
- If you are unable to receive your order due to reasons such as refusal, long absence, or incomplete address, a cancellation fee will be incurred.
- Administrative fee: 3,000 yen (tax included)
- Cancellation fee: 20% of the purchase price

※Precautions for customers who place an order by bank transfer
・Please transfer the payment within one week from the date of order at the designated financial institution.

About the cooling-off system
- Products purchased by mail order are not subject to the cooling-off period (unconditional cancellation) stipulated in the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
- Products purchased through mail-order sales are not subject to the cooling-off provisions of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
